We are a private anesthesia group serving two hospitals and multiple ambulatory surgery centers in northeastern Wisconsin. Our cohesive team, with a lead CRNA manager, is a low turnover group looking to grow. We use a medical direction model to optimally provide a superior quality of care with the flexibility to meet the needs of our surgical and procedural cases.
CRNAs
Call and non-call positions available. Our call team positions have a mix of 8, 12, and 24-hour shifts to give you time off during the week plus the ability to pickup extra days at a premium rate (with a 6-hour guarantee). Your base hours are fully guaranteed, meaning you'll be paid for a full 40-hours even if you are sent home early. We do not force you to use PTO when the schedule is light, which is a huge financial benefit few other groups offer.

Anesthesiologists
We are looking for BC/BE anesthesiologists to join our growing group. We do a mix of solo and supervised cases with a good variety of case types including general, ortho, OB, vascular, neuro, robotic, trauma, ENT, dental, and urology. We are growing both our cardiac and non-cardiac teams. For those interested in cardiac cases a fellowship is not required.
